found a new cooking show. It might not be new but it is new to me. I love cooking shows, Meshallah. And yes I get pretty grossed out when they start cooking pork and I have to shut the telly off. Natural Hair

Assalaamu Alaykum,

Sisters I went totally natural, my hair that is about 3 months ago. I reverted back to permed hair after growing my hair out for almost a year and then I decided to go back natural a week later. I was looking on the internet and I mentioned to another member that I take apple cider vinegar in the morning. I take the clear kind now because that is what I have in my house and I did not want to waste a whole bottle. I am new to this group and I thought I would tell you 5 things about me.

1. Worshipping Allah is First in my life, I love this deen, Islam is my way of life!

asalaamu alaikum, I happen to be up which is very unusal. I my dear friends always say as soon as the sunsets, im sleepy. anywhoo. I was online trying to downlaod quran and I was able to find some surahs on limewire that was really clear where I could hear the prnunciation well. do you know and sites that I could download quran. I guess I should go to the bookstore(islamic). I just like to hear some first. all quran recitation is beautifl its just that some of the arabic tounge is really strong. I also read a little hadith tonight. I remember the post about women during the menses reading and I found a hadith that said that women could recite a verse and that was premissable. nothing more detail so I still would just not read until im done. well that's all just giving my salaams and saying hello. im just excited that im awake. Asalamu Alaikum , I was wondering as far as Quran Recitation. Who do you recommended memorization from. I find that some of the strong arabic tounge is hard for me to understand. Its like I just can't get it.
also sister I saw that yhou mentioned coconut oil. Actually my mom had mentiond that to me a while ago. is it the liqud oil you recommended? My mom subhana allah shes a health nu. shes not muslim but shes a very sweat and dear person to me. she takes raw vinager with honey on a regular basais. I just recently started taking ground and whole flaxseed mix with phsillium husk. its wonerful. I really want to become more health conscious . especially since I turn 35 yesterday. wow. now I know why women sometime lie about there aage. LOL!!! inshaallah we can help each other stay focus.

I was heading out the door for work and since I have a pda phone it buz with the comment that you left. Just when I was feeling down. It's always good to hear from sisters. That uplifts me. Insha~Allah all is well. May Allah bless yu and your family. I try to surrond myself with positive sisters. I find that raising girls that's so very important.
